Delegate Registration

Academic Delegate registration includes:

• Full access to the scientific programme
• Shared accommodation for Doctors at allocated hotels
• Shared accommodation for other eligible academic delegates at CMC guest houses/hostels, subject to availability
• Conference meals
• Exhibition access
• Conference kit
• Participation Certificate
• CME/CNE/CPD Credits, where applicable

Accommodation:
Accommodation is not included for Industry Professionals. Current CMC Staff and Current CMC Students are required to arrange their own accommodation at their own cost.

The registration fees listed are applicable only to Indian nationals. Separate registration fees are applicable for international delegates and faculty.

International delegates and faculty may write to registration@nexcorindia.com
for assistance with the registration process.

Our NEXCOR office will assist you with the appropriate registration category, applicable international registration fee and registration process.

To commemorate the inaugural edition of CMC NEXCOR 2027, the first 10 confirmed and paid Faculty or Delegate registrations will be recognised as NEXCOR Visionaries.

• Acknowledgement during the NEXCOR Visionaries Recognition Ceremony
• NEXCOR Visionaries Group Photograph
• Priority registration access for future editions of CMC NEXCOR
• Opportunity to observe a TAVI procedure at CMC Vellore on a mutually convenient date before September 2027, subject to CMC’s clinical, administrative and patient-safety requirements. All travel, accommodation and other associated expenses shall be borne by the NEXCOR Visionary.

Recognition as a NEXCOR Visionary is limited to the first 10 confirmed and paid Faculty or Delegate registrations.
